Enrollment & Admissions
Education for Eternity
We are honored that you are considering placing your children in Upper Bucks Christian School. Our purpose is to provide a Bible-based, quality education that inspires each student to pursue excellence in moral character, spiritual growth, and academic achievement; to assist families in training their children to appreciate America’s Christian heritage and culture, assume individual responsibility, and be worthy representatives of Jesus Christ; and to challenge our students to demonstrate integrity in every aspect of life and to serve others for the glory of God. The Word of God is interwoven into every class and activity that affects our students, from the classroom to the athletic field.
Christian education involves the whole family; therefore, there are several steps involved to process each application and determine family agreement with our school’s philosophy. The Upper Bucks Christian School admission policy is racially non-discriminatory. However, we are not able to provide for mentally or severely handicapped students. As a private institution, standards of conduct, dress and scholarship are set and maintained. Acknowledgement of agreement with these standards, by parents’ signatures on a School/Parent/Student Agreement Form, must be received before admission can be confirmed.
Children must be five years old by September 1 to enter Kindergarten at Upper Bucks Christian School. A readiness evaluation is given to all Kindergarten applicants. It may be recommended that, in their best interest, some children wait until the next school year to enroll in Kindergarten.
Children must be six years old by September 1 to enter first grade.
We pray God’s blessings upon your family as we work together to educate your children in such a way as to bring glory and honor to the Lord.
