The following is a summary of our 2013-2014 tuition and fees. For more details regarding our financial information, contact us here.
2013-2014 Registration Fee: $155 (Discount price of $105 by March 31st)
Must be paid to complete registration. This fee applies only to students who were not enrolled at UBCS the previous year and do not presently have immediate family members enrolled. This fee budgets the following items:
- Processing the application
- Entrance testing, scoring and evaluation
- Administrative interview for parents of new student to UBCS
Tuition
UBCS offers four payment plan choices: 10 months (Aug -May ), 12 months (July -June ), quarterly (July, October, January & April), or payment in full (due by July 1). The 10 month, 12 month, and quarterly payment plans are done through the FACTS payment plan system. Yearly amounts are shown below:

Full tuition applies to the oldest student in a family. Decreasing tuition applies to subsequent students in the order of decreasing grade level. No tuition will be charged for the fifth child.
Tuition includes KCEA Membership Fee, classroom textbooks, classroom supplies and materials, library materials, one yearbook per family and athletic participation.
Tuition Discount
A prepayment discount will be deducted from the annual bill if paid in full before July1. This rate will be 3%. (All other fees are not discounted.)
New Student Discount
- For any new student enrolling at UBCS
- Must stay atleast 1 semester
- $500 per student credit on bill
Referral Discount
You will receive a $500 credit on your account for any student that enrolls in UBCS and stays at least 1 semester. A Referral Form must be filled out by the enrolling family to receive the discount. Credits will be awarded at the start of 2nd semester.

Extended Care
7:00–7:45 A.M./3:00–5:30 P.M.
Available to UBCS students in Grades K–6
Extended Care is located on the Main Campus. Liberty students are transported to the Main Campus for PM Extended Care. A fee of $9.00 per oldest child per day will be charged for using extended care. Additional children will be $7.00 per day.
P.E. Shirt
- Elementary: $10 (Gym Shirt)
