Time: Registration & Practice Range from 7:30-8:00 am.,
Shotgun start at 8:30am.
Price: $90 per golfer (includes coffee & donuts breakfast
greens fees, cart, catered lunch, and door prizes)
All proceeds from this event will go to the UBCS Athletic Department!

New Family Orientation
New Family Orientation is scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium. This is a meeting designed to welcome our new parents. The school administration requests the attendance of all new parents at this important, informative meeting. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
For Returning Parents: The final parent packet and UBCS Calendar will be available on Thursday evening, Aug. 28, in the gymnasium (beginning at 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.) or for you to pick up on Friday, Aug. 29 (from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.) If your youngest child is in the elementary school, your packet will be at the Liberty Campus on Thursday. If you have students only in the High School, your packet will be at the Main Campus office.
Fall Sports Tryouts
Tryouts for volleyball, soccer, and cheerleading begin on Monday, August 11 from 6-8 p.m*. Coaches will give more
information about practices on that date.(no weekend or Wednesday night practices).
NOTE: There has been a change to our sports requirements due to our involvement with PIAA. The required forms are available in the school office. If you did not receive a June mailing with this information, please contact the school office immediately. *change from school calendar
Summer Day Camp

Senior Class Trip
The rain had no intention of letting up and the day’s plans looked rather bleak. After all, who really wanted to go whitewater rafting on a dreary day on the Youghiogheny River? That is exactly the thought that ran through the mind of Mr.Keefer, class advisor, when he heard the weather forecast for the first day of the senior class trip.
