Tuition
Equal monthly tuition charges are billed for ten months, August through May. Full tuition applies to the oldest student in a family. Decreasing tuition applies to subsequent students in the order of decreasing grade level. No tuition will be charged for more than four children attending UBCS during the school year. A prepayment discount will be deducted from the annual bill if tuition is paid in full before August 1. Tithing members of Bethel Baptist Church receive a discount on Tuition Rates. Tuition includes classroom textbooks, classroom supplies and materials, library materials and KCEA membership which provides:
KCEA Membership Fee (Included in Tuition)
This fee applies to membership in the Keystone Christian Education Association. This organization provides:
1. Legislative assistance and awareness
2. Achievement Testing Materials
3. Christian Honor Society
4. On-Site Consultations
5. School Accreditation
6. Speakers Bureau
7. Staff Certification
8. Academics, Bible & Fine Arts Competitions
9. Bible Quiz, Preaching & Debate Tournaments

Other Monthly Charges:
Kindercare
8:30–11:30 a.m./12:00–3:00 p.m. UBCS Kindergarten students only
On school days, Kindergarten students may stay in KinderCare at the Liberty campus the other half of their day and either ride their bus home or remain in Extended Care (see below). KinderCare students must bring a lunch. KinderCare students must meet the UBCS dress code. Students in the afternoon Kindergarten class who attend morning KinderCare will not take a nap (no sleep mat needed). KinderCare is available on a Routine or Per Day Basis.
Extended Care
7:00–7:45 a.m./3:00–5:30 p.m. Available to UBCS students in Grades K–6
Extended Care is located on the Main Campus. Liberty students are transported to the Main Campus for PM Extended Care.
Transportation Fee
(per family/per 10 months) – Due with tuition payment
This fee is assessed to families that live outside the cooperative local school districts.

Application Fee
This fee applies only to students who were not enrolled at UBCS the previous year and do not presently have immediate family members enrolled. This fee budgets the following items:
1. Processing the application
2. Entrance testing, scoring and evaluation
3. Administrative interview for parents of new students to UBCS
Re-Enrollment Fee
This fee applies to students presently enrolled at UBCS or to those students with a sibling presently enrolled. This fee budgets the following items:
1. Processing the enrollment of your child for the following school year
2. Standardized testing provided for all students in Grades K_12 with the testing results given to the parents
Gym Uniforms
Elementary level (Grades 1-6) – Gym shirt
Secondary level (Grades 7-12) – Gym shirt and shorts
Dates to Remember
January 15 – Re-enrollment opens for present students and registration opens for new students.
February 7 – 2005-2006 Re-enrollment forms due in UBCS office.
May 1 – Last tuition payment for the school year.
June 10 – Re-enrollment fee discount ends.
July 1 – Textbook and KCEA fees due.
August 1 – First tuition payment for the school year.
