Meet Our School Board Members
Brian graduated from Calvary Baptist School in 1991 and has a management degree from Pensacola Christian College. He and his wife, Lynn, have two children, and they live in East Greenville. Brian is passionate about UBCS and serves on the Initiative Team as well as coaches on the Varsity Boys basketball team.
Scott is a 1982 graduate of UBCS. He and his wife, Marie, live in Sellersville and have three grown children and four grandchildren. Scott has a Bible degree from Pensacola Christian College and Masters of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary. For 10 years, he served as the associate administrator for Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale; he re-joined the UBCS family as administrator in the summer of 2017.
Nathanael is a 2002 graduate of UBCS. He and his wife, Holly, along with their four children, live in Quakertown. He attended Bucks County Community College and Pensecola Christian College studying graphic design. He works for DLP Realty as a licensed real estate agent. Nathanael is active in his home church of Bethel Baptist Church as well as helping coach basketball at UBCS. He is passionate about his family, leading them for the glory of God, as well as serving on the school board to help provide a Christian education with a Biblical worldview.
Newt graduated from Troy High School in 1994 and currently lives in Coopersburg with his wife, Beth, and two sons. He has earned his Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology from DeSales University and, more recently, his masters degree in Professional Counseling from Lancaster Bible College. Newt is a veteran of the US Navy and has been employed in law enforcement since 1998. He is passionate about educating our youth through a biblical worldview and to the healing of individuals and families through a Faith-based approach to counseling and therapy.
Linda graduated from The King’s College in New York with a degree in Elementary Education and lives in Pennsburg with her husband, Art. They have three married children – who are all graduates of Upper Bucks – and six amazing grandchildren! Linda taught in Woodbridge, New Jersey and West Chester, PA. She taught 3rd Grade at UBCS the last seventeen years of her teaching career. She also coached girls soccer for ten years! Linda is very involved in various areas of Bethel Baptist Church, where Art is also a deacon. She is very passionate about Christian Education and wants to see Upper Bucks move forward providing a great up-to-date education, never losing its devotion to spiritually training the future generations to go forth and serve the Lord, well equipped.
Chris graduated from Northside Christian School in 1998 and lives in Coopersburg with his wife, Trisha, and two children. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Clearwater Christian College, his master’s in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University, and his Doctorate in Education in Educational Technology and Management from Northcentral University. Chris teaches at Springhouse Middle School and is an adjunct professor for Aspen University, Franklin University, Wilkes University, and Wilson College where he writes and teaches both graduate and doctoral courses. He also serves on dissertation committees as a subject-matter expert for Aspen University. Chris is passionate about being a husband and a father as well as serving on the school board to help Upper Bucks Christian School provide a 21st century education that meets the needs of diverse learners and glorifies God.
Robin graduated from The Christian Academy in Media, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Bible at Columbia International University. She previously taught, coached and served as Athletic Director for 4 years and Summer Camp Director for 2 years at Quakertown Christian before having children. She currently lives in East Greenville with her husband Jeremy and their three children who attend Upper Bucks Christian School. Along with raising her children she also works as a substitute teacher at both Upper Bucks and Quakertown Christian. She has also taught Sunday School, Junior Church and Ladies Bible study at her home church, Limerick Chapel. Robin has been involved with Christian Education for 16 years and believes in the importance of training children with a Biblical worldview that will help students to go out into the world with the tools necessary to both serve and lead in a God honoring way.
Wayne graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School in 1985 and lives in Harleysville with his wife, Amy, and their two children. He has been employed as a Sales Manager for the Clemens Food Group at Hatfield Quality Meats since 1993, where he has also served on various other boards. Wayne is actively involved in his home church of Valley Forge Baptist in Collegeville and enjoys anything outdoors and spending time with his family.
Terry graduated from St. Stephen’s High School (Trinidad) in 1979 and currently lives in Quakertown with his wife, Annie, and son; they also have a grown daughter living in the area with her husband and newborn as well. Since 1997, Terry has been a Production Manager at Keystone Food Products. Terry presently serves as a deacon at his home church of 29 years at Bethel Baptist Church. His passion in life is to serve the Lord to the fullest, in whatever capacity he is placed, and to instill that into the next generation.
