Scott is a 1982 graduate of UBCS. He and his wife, Marie, live in Bechtelsville and have three grown children and eight grandchildren. He is an avid sports fan, especially of the Philadelphia Eagles, and soaks up every minute he can get with his grandchildren. Scott has a Bible degree from Pensacola Christian College and Masters of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary. For 10 years, he served as the associate administrator for Calvary Baptist School in Lansdale; he re-joined the UBCS family as administrator in the summer of 2017.

Adam Love

Adam graduated from Maranatha Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics Education in 2019 and a Master’s in Teaching and Learning in 2020. He lives in the Upper Perkiomen Valley area with his wife and enjoys a good run, good food, good coffee, a good book, and the New England Patriots. Adam believes that God has equipped him to teach because of the opportunity to help students experience and grow in the joy of living in God’s kingdom. He wants to use his classroom to share that joy with his students as they grow in their walk with Christ.

Philip Arcuri

Phil graduated from High Point Baptist Academy in Geigertown, PA, then earned a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Bob Jones University in 2019. After serving with Coffey Ministries for two years, Phil spent the last four years living in Bratislava, Slovakia. There he taught middle school English at Narnia Cirkevná Základná Škola (Narnia church primary school). Through extensive work with kids and youth in church, school, and camp ministry, he thoroughly appreciates and understands the immense influence a teacher has in the lives of his students.  Born and raised in Boyertown, God has directed him back stateside and he’s excited to join the UBCS community. In his free time, Phil enjoys traveling, playing/watching any sport, following politics, and reading.

John Bellis

John graduated with a BS in Psychology from Arcadia University in 2006 and played baseball, after which he coached their baseball team for 2 seasons. He began a career at All-Star Baseball Academy in 2007, where he coached teams aged 7u through 18u, gave private lessons, and managed their indoor facilities. John’s other great passion is people: he taught at-risk kids, served in youth ministry at Calvary Chapel Philadelphia for 10 years, and now at Calvary Chapel Quakertown for the past 12 years. In 2022, John left a career in the baseball business to enter ministry full-time as an Assistant Pastor at CCQ where he serves in various capacities (youth, men’s, worship, widows, security). He still loves serving youth and their families, and is blessed to be a part of the Upper Bucks community. He loves teaching the living and active Word of God and seeing God’s grace transform lives. He currently lives in Telford with his wife Jaime and six kids (Grace, Abby, Ellie, Ben, Maddie, and Danny).

Hannah graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education from Cedarville University where she also played for the women’s soccer team. Since graduating, she has taught 4th grade and coached soccer, basketball, and softball. She lives in Quakertown with her husband and loves to spend time outdoors, read, paint, and bake! Hannah enjoys working with kids and watching them grow in their knowledge and love for Christ. She is thankful to be a part of UBCS this year!

Holly graduated from Lansdale School of Business and earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Applications Management. She began working at UBCS in 2015 and loves working in the STEM and Library Division. Holly lives in the Quakertown area and enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, fishing, reading, and watching her kids’ sporting events. Her favorite thing about UBCS is the opportunity to help students develop a love for reading, listening to her students excitedly tell her about their library books, and watching the sporting events at UBCS.

Dana Clark

Dana is an alumni of UBCS.  She attended Northland Baptist Bible College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Bible and Elementary Education.  A few years later she earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Pensacola Christian College.  She loves teaching in a Christian school because it provides an incredible platform to share the Truth, and it gives children an opportunity to grow as Jesus did, “in wisdom, stature, and in favor with God and man.” Having taught at UBCS for 19 years before serving in Bangladesh, she is excited to return to teaching, spend time with her family and see God at work at UBCS.

Megan graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has worked in various roles in business marketing such as events planning, account management and freelance writing. Megan lives in the Pennsburg area with her husband and two children and enjoys writing, reading historical fiction, traveling, and scouting out the next fun activity for her family. Her son and daughter have attended UBCS since they were in daycare. Over the years, she has served on the UBCS School Board, and volunteered in various capacities, from lunchroom helper to classroom parties. Wherever the Lord calls her, she looks forward to serving in His name.

Eric is our Music Director and also serves as the Music Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church, working with the church’s music and leading worship services. Eric graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s degree in Piano and a master’s degree in Church Music. He lives in the Quakertown area with his wife and four children and enjoys brewing coffees and watching the Eagles. Eric enjoys teaching because he loves sharing his passion. He likes the passages from Ephesians 1 and Romans 8 that highlight the grace of God in purposing to save people.

Abbye lives in the Quakertown area with her husband and daughter and enjoys all types of outdoor activities and playing the piano and violin. She loves the working environment at UBCS and considers it a privilege to work alongside such a caring group of individuals.

Monique lives in the Upper Perkiomen Valley with her husband and son. She has 2 children and 3 grandchildren whom she enjoys spending as much time with as she can. She enjoys her pets, taking walks, family game nights, and traveling.
Prior to coming to UBCS she worked at QCS as an elementary aide for several years and a secretary for 10 years at GVH. A highlight of her day is seeing the smiling faces of the children and having them learn about God.

Pam is an alumna of UBCS and graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s in Office Administration in 2000. She lives in the Quakertown area and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Caitlyn is a 2017 UBCS grad! Caitlyn graduated from The Crown College of the Bible in 2021 with her degree in Elementary Education. She also graduated from Crown in 2024 with her Masters in Education. Since graduating from college in 2021, she taught Middle School English here at Upper Bucks for two years, and she has taught Pre-K here for the last two years. Caitlyn enjoys playing the flute and spending time with her family and friends. She is looking forward to sharing Christ with her students each day and showing them all subjects through a Biblical worldview.

Kristin graduated from Bob Jones University where she earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Elementary Education. She has been teaching at UBCS since 2010 and lives in the Hatfield area. Kristin enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with family. She loves the enthusiasm and joy of students as they are learning to read and when the “light” comes on when they grasp new concepts. Having the privilege of teaching Biblical principles throughout all subject content is the best part of teaching at UBCS!

Levi Gehman

Levi graduated from Salem Christian School in 2020. After high school, he spent time working at his dad’s butcher shop. In the fall of 2022, he decided to go back to school to play baseball for the University of Valley Forge. He then transferred to Liberty University in the fall of 2023 where he graduated with a degree in Sport Management: Sport Administration in May of 2026. After college, he started working as an umpire in Liberty’s Campus Recreation department and eventually worked his way up to a full-time position as the Intramural Sports Coordinator. In May of 2025 he married the love of his life, Taylor, who is an UBCS alumna. Levi believes that athletics can play a pivotal role in furthering the Kingdom of God, and he desires to develop a culture where Christ is the cornerstone from which all aspects of health build.

Anissa Haney

Anissa is a 2002 UBCS graduate who loves coffee, thrifting, spending time with her family, and watching the Philadelphia 76ers! She has her Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University in Interdisciplinary Studies (focus in Theology, Psychology & Crisis Counseling), an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies, a TESOL Certificate, and a Church Counseling Certificate from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. After serving alongside her husband for 8 years in Youth & Worship Ministry and then 12 years overseas as musical missionaries in Stockholm, Sweden, God led her family back to the States and put the Greater Philly Region on their hearts. She now lives in the Lehigh Valley with her husband, Eric, and 3 sons (Eli, Malachi & Noble), and is serving with the North American Mission Board. Anissa truly has a heart for the Nations, and for the past 2 years has had the opportunity to work in Refugee Support Services in Allentown as the Education Specialist, teaching ESL and Cultural Orientation at the Refugee Community Center. She is also a passionate Worship leader, Bible Teacher, Songwriter and Recording Artist. Her love for writing music began at 10 years old, and she enjoys playing various instruments and ministering with her family band, Haney Love.  She is so grateful to join the teaching team at Bucks and get to share her passion for God and music with the student body. She loves teaching because of the opportunity to mentor and invest in the students, cultivate their creativity, and walk alongside them in their process of becoming who God has uniquely created them to be. Her life’s verse and daily prayer is that she would “overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Rom. 15:13).”

Elizabeth graduated from Baptist Bible College with bachelor’s degrees in both Bible and Early Childhood Education and Master’s of Education with a certificate as a reading specialist. She is an alumna of UBCS and has been teaching since 2012! Elizabeth lives in the Souderton area and enjoys being a piano teacher, visiting museums, and playing in the Quakertown band. She enjoys teaching for the purpose of preparing the next generation to serve and loves to see the joy on students’ faces when concepts connect in their mind.

Several years later, she pursued teaching and graduated with a master’s degree in Christian Education from Westminster Theological Seminary. She lives in the North Wales area and loves teaching and serving the Lord in whatever capacity she can. She enjoys seeing when students “get” the concept in class and use their creativity. It’s even more exciting to see them use their talents for Christ after they graduate! Krista genuinely enjoys the students and fully believes in them and their potential!

Michelle Nace

Michelle graduated from Souderton Area High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Ursinus College. After working in pharmaceutical research, she took a hiatus to focus on raising her five children. She re-entered the workforce in 2017 as a Food Service Manager and Cook at Pfaff Elementary School in Quakertown. A long-time, active member of Calvary Church Souderton (currently attending the Quakertown campus), Michelle enjoys volunteering in ministries, with a special heart for children and students. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family of four adult daughters, one adult son and three grandchildren.  Favorite activities include hiking, swimming, and of course, canning, baking and cooking.  Michelle is thrilled to join the team at Upper Bucks Christian School, where she looks forward to sharing her passion for cooking and baking through the lens of God’s love and purpose. She often reflects on Ephesians 3:16, which reminds her of the Holy Spirit’s presence in our lives, providing the strength and wisdom to follow God’s plan.

Robin Nace

Robin graduated from The Christian Academy in Media, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Bible at Columbia International University. She previously taught, coached and served as Athletic Director and Summer Camp Director at Quakertown Christian before having children. Two of her children currently attend UBCS, she also has a daughter who graduated in 2024. While raising her children, she continued to substitute teach at both Upper Bucks and Quakertown Christian. She also served on the school board at UBCS for several years. Robin has previously taught Sunday School, Junior Church and Ladies Bible study at her home church, Limerick Chapel. She has been involved with Christian Education for many years and believes in the importance of training children with a Biblical worldview that will help students to go out into the world with the tools necessary to both serve and lead in a God-honoring way.

Karen graduated from Westfield State College with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has also taken graduate classes in Special Education from Eastern Nazarene College. Before joining the UBCS family, Karen taught 3rd Grade at a Christian school south of Boston. Prior to teaching 3rd Grade, Karen was a missionary teaching 1st/2nd Grade on a hospital ship, Anastasis, with the organization Mercy Ships. She enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, quilting, and spending time with family. She counts it a privilege to work with the students, teachers, and parents of UBCS.

Hope is a 2018 graduate of Upper Bucks Christian School. She lives in the East Greenville area and enjoys reading and sitting outside on a hammock. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in English and began teaching the next year. Hope is excited to rejoin UBCS, this time as a teacher, to further the spread of education and the gospel.

Liz graduated from Bob Jones University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She returned to BJU for a master’s of Education degree in 2021. She met her husband Nick, during her freshman year at BJU. They were married in June 2017 and worked together at a Christian school in Florida for 7 years. Liz and her husband have two children, Rae and Asher! Rae will be a kindergartner at UBCS and Asher will be joining the daycare. Liz enjoys crafting, being outside, reading, good coffee, and Bible study. She is looking forward to joining the UBCS family and serving alongside.

Dawn graduated from Bob Jones University with a bachelor’s degree in Health, Fitness, and Recreation. She has been teaching at Upper Bucks since 2006 and has been our Athletic Director since 2013! Dawn lives in the Coopersburg area with her husband and three children and enjoys spending any time outdoors. Dawn is a registered Class A PGA Professional; you can find her on the golf course training others from late Spring to early Fall! Dawn enjoys seeing students stay active and be healthy to live a life worthy of their calling to Christ. As a parent, Dawn says it is awesome to know that the teachers of her kids are encouraging them every day to love God and that they are able to help reinforce the Biblical principles taught in their home.

Carolyn is a life-long resident of Doylestown. She has worked for both corporate and non-profit organizations with a focus on marketing and business development. Carolyn is proud to serve the UBCS community. She is an avid photographer and serves on the Board of Directors for the Lehigh Valley Photography Club; her photographs have been exhibited locally and internationally. This passion for photography is one that she shares with her husband, Bill. Together they enjoy time spent with family and friends; and look forward to travel adventures with their Labrador Retriever.

Chrissy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education with Elementary Education from Bob Jones University in 1997. She and her husband, Steve, live in Quakertown with their two young-adult children. As a family they are always up for an adventure, and they love to travel to see new places and to visit historical sites. Their favorite place on earth is the Outer Banks, NC. Chrissy has been teaching for 24 years and has taught learning support, kindergarten, first and fourth grades as well as directed middle and high school Drama. Chrissy’s favorite parts of teaching are teaching the “why” behind what students are learning, helping students learn God’s Word and to apply it in all areas of life, and to live wholly for Him, regardless of circumstance or consequence.

Peter loves working at UBCS because of the interaction with the students and the opportunity to invest in them.

Emilie, an alumna of UBCS, graduated from Cedarville University with a degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Bible. She lives in Quakertown with her husband and four wonderful sons. Emilie loves spending time with her family playing games, being outdoors, or chatting with friends over a cup of coffee. Over the years, Emilie has held a variety of positions in social work, education, and ministry. She is thankful to be in her third year at Upper Bucks and currently serves as the Director of Guidance and Family Services along with being the Drama and Speech teacher.

Erin graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a BSN and moved onto Regis University to earn an MSN. In addition, she earned her CMSRN (Certified Med-Surg RN) a few years after; she has been actively employed in the nursing field for over 20 years. Erin lives in the Coopersburg area with her husband and two boys, and enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, thrift shopping, reading, singing, and experiencing music! Both of her sisters, who live in Olympia, Washington, are professional musicians, so she soaks up any expertise from them she can get. Erin is thankful to God for leading her into her profession. Being an extension of God’s mercy to bodies and souls that are hurting is incredibly humbling and rewarding to Erin. She’s thankful and excited to be able minister to and care for the students at UBCS!
